For other matters, use the form on this page or the published contact details. Include only information relevant to the enquiry; identity documents and banking information are not needed.

Order or payment enquiries

Include the order number and describe the status you saw. If the payment outcome is unclear, ask for it to be checked before paying again. Do not send passwords, a full card number or a secret payment-return link.
